Pudding with chia seeds. Ingredients: 1 cup Chia, 2 cups coconut milk, walnuts, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 banana, 2 tablespoons raisins. Preparation: Mix the seeds with milk, butter and moisten with hot water raisins. Allow to stand for about 7-8 minutes when the seeds swell pudding is ready. Spill it in small bowls and decorated with walnuts and bananas or other fruits as desired.
