In a 500 ml. boiling water or milk, add 5 tablespoons of rye flakes. Simmer them about 2-3 minutes, stirring them constantly. Add optional butter, fruit or raisins, sugar or honey to taste, walnuts or other nuts. You can eat them without cooking: soak the rye flakes in water at a ratio of 1:1 for about 30 minutes, then mix them with milk or yoghurt, fruit juice, vegetable mix, vegetable salad and other. Also you can use as an additive in soups, salads and composition of filling to pastry, meat and vegetarian dishes.
